MAC Group Europe Consumer Warranty 
3 years and an additional 2 years if the product is registered online.

What Does This Warranty Cover? 
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the product. 

How Long Does the Coverage Last? 
This warranty lasts for the period shown above, starting from the date of your purchase, as long as you, the original purchaser, own your product. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product. 

What Does This Warranty Not Cover? 
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (for example leg warmer, feet and zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.). 

Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. 

What Do You Have To Do? 
MAC Group Europe will not provide any warranty coverage unless your claim is in compliance with all terms of this warranty statement. What Will MAC Group Do? 
We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your product free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value. We will ask you to provide proof of purchase. 

How Does The Law Apply? 
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country. This warranty does not affect any additional rights you have under laws in your jurisdiction governing the sale of consumer goods, including, without limitation, national laws implementing EC Directive 1999/44/EC. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in this warranty statement may not apply to you. The laws of the United Kingdom govern this warranty. 

Who Is Extending This Warranty?

End-user goods with defects 
Should you need to send us defective goods on behalf of an end-user please contact our Customer Service team. Our team member will issue an RMA number and will send you a returns note by email. 

We will request information from you including the nature of the defect and whether the product is under warranty. Please then send the goods to us at your expense, together with a copy of the returns note and the end-user’s proof of purchase to support a warranty claim if applicable. The goods will be checked and, if covered by the warranty, will be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the warranty. If the goods are not covered by the warranty, an estimate will be provided for repair or replacement. The goods will be returned to you at our expense.
